Abstract (en)
A testing device for electronic components packaged in tape has a testing station comprising a gripper which can be set relative to the fixed tape guide to different tape widths and thicknesses corresponding to different components and by means of which the components are removed from the tape pockets and reinserted after testing. For this purpose, the gripper is mounted on a support which can be displaced relative to the tape guide and the guide rail for the tape is adjustable in its height in such a way that the surface of different tapes always lies at the same level, from which the components are raised by the gripper. The gripper has a plurality of gripping elements and can perform a lifting movement for placing and removing the components in various stations, into which its gripping elements pass by further switching about 90 DEG in each case. <IMAGE>

Eine Prüfvorrichtung für gegurtete elektronische Bauelemente hat eine Prüfstation mit einem auf unterschiedliche Gurtbreiten und Dicken entsprechend unterschiedlichen Bauelementen gegenüber der festen Gurtführung einstellbaren Greifer, mit welchem die Bauelemente den Gurtnestern entnommen und nach Prüfung wieder eingesetzt werden. Dazu ist der Greifer auf einem gegenüber der Gurtführung verschiebbaren Support gelagert, und die Führungsschiene für den Gurt ist in ihrer Höhe derart einstellbar, daß die Oberfläche unterschiedlicher Gurte immer auf demselben Niveau liegt, von dem die Bauelemente vom Greifer aufgehoben werden. Der Greifer hat mehrere Greifelemente und kann eine Hubbewegung zum Aufsetzen und Abnehmen der Bauelemente in verschiedenen Stationen ausführen, in die seine Greifelemente durch Weiterschalten um jeweils 90° gelangen.
