Abstract (en)
Hitherto known alloys for producing jewellery, especially based on gold and platinum, are expensive. Cheaper known silver alloys are not resistant to tarnishing. An alloy based on palladium with additions of metals from groups 3 to 6 of the periodic system of the elements is proposed as a fully equivalent substitute for these expensive jewellery alloys.

Die bisher bekannten Legierungen zur Herstellung von Schmuckwaren, insbesondere auf der Basis von Gold und Platin, sind teuer. Billigere bekannte Silberlegierungen sind nicht anlaufbeständig. Die Erfindung schlägt eine Legierung auf der Basis von Palladium mit Zusätzen von Metallen der 3. bis 6. Periode des periodischen Systems der Elemente als vollwertigen Ersatz für diese teuren Schmucklegierungen vor.
