Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0267411A2] 1. Sloping elevator (8), in particular passenger and/or furniture elevator, having a plurality of telescope runners (9), each formed from two guide rails (e.g. 1-7) connected in rung-like fashion, for a load-carrying means (11) guided on the latter using a motordriven extension device between the bottom guide rail (e.g. 6) and the subsequent guide rail (e.g. 5) and using so-called finite traction mechanisms constructed as riveted drive chains (18) for the forced extension of the guide rails (4-1) following the guide rail (e.g. 5) next to the bottom, the riveted drive chains (18) being guided from a fixed point (P) at the top end (19) of a guide rail (e.g. 6-3) over a deflection roller (U) at the top end (19) of the guide rail (e.g. 5-2), following in each case, to a fixed point (P') at the bottom end (20) of the subsequent guide rail (e.g. 4-1) in each case, having the following features : a) the guide rails (6-1) are constructed as closed hollow profiles ; b) the guide rails (6-1) assigned to a telescope runner (9) are - with the possible exception of the bottom telescope runner (9') - solely connected in the region of the top end (19) of the guide rails (6-1) in a rung-like fashion (transverse bar 20) ; c) formed between two successive guide rails (6-1) there is in each case at least one channel (K1-K5), in cross section from the outside to the inside, for at least one finite traction mechanism (riveted drive chain 18) and, if appropriate, a return rope (R).
