Abstract (en)
The installation, for setting up at any desired operating locations, comprises a conventional large container, which is divided in the longitudinal direction into an anteroom (26), a working room (28) and a sterile room (30). Between the working room (28) and the sterile room (30) there is an airlock with a hermetically sealable door (36) to the sterile room (30) and a curtain (40) to the working room (28). Provided on a longitudinal side of the container, underneath the ceiling, there is an air circulating device with a controllable fresh-air inlet, filters, a mixing chamber, a heater and a blower, from which high-purity filtered air can be initially introduced from above in laminar flow via a system of ducts through a large-area suspended-matter filter (74) into the sterile room (30), from there can be passed on through further filters into the working room (28) and in part into the airlock as spray air and can finally be returned into the mixing chamber for renewed circulation, with fresh air mixed in. With the transportable sterile room installation, sterile room classes of 100 and above can be achieved. <IMAGE>

Eine transportable Reinraumanlage zur Aufstellung an beliebigen Einsatzorten besteht aus einem herkömmlichen Großcontainer, der in Längsrichtung in einen Vorraum (26) einen Arbeitsraum (28) und einen Reinraum (30) unterteilt ist Zwischen Arbeitsraum (28) und Reinraum (30) befindet sich eine Schleuse mit hermetisch verschließbarer Tür (36) zum Reinraum (30) und Vorhang (40) zum Arbeitsraum (28). An einer Längsseite des Containers ist unter der Decke ein Luftumwälzgerät mit einem steuerbaren Frischlufteinlaß, Filtern, einer Mischkammer, einer Heizung sowie einem Gebläse vorgesehen, von welchem über ein Kanalsystem hochrein gefilterte Luft zunächst über einen großflächigen Schwebstoffilter (74) von oben laminar in den Reinraum (30) einleitbar, von dort über weitere Filter in den Arbeitsraum (28) und teilweise in die Schleuse als Duschluft beförderbar und schließlich in die Mischkammer zur erneuten Umwälzung unter Hinzumischung von Frischluft rückführbar ist. Mit der transportablen Reinraumanlage lassen sich Reinraumklassen der Größe 100 und mehr erreichen.
