[origin: US4836537A] The present invention relates to the handle for an exercise device, in the general shape of an open C including a rigid half hoop with a fixation member at one end for the ends of one or more resilient resistant members or straps and, at the other end, a short bar the central portion of which extends substantially through the fixation member. This handle for an exercise device allows connection of two handles by an intermediate bar in back to back relation and use of the handle as a hooking device about the lower limbs of the user.

La présente invention concerne une poignée d'exerciseur. Cette poignée a une forme générale en C ouvert et comporte un demi-arceau rigide (1) avec, à une extrémité, un organe (11) de fixation de l'extrémité du ou des sandows (8) organes élastiquement résistants analogues ou sangles et, à l'autre extrémité, une barre courte (2) dont la perpendiculaire au centre passe sensiblement par l'organe de fixation ci-dessus. Cette poignée d'exerciseur permet d'associer deux poignées par une barre intermédiaire telle que (16), de les associer dos à dos, d'utiliser la poignée comme moyen d'accrochage sur les membres inférieurs.
