Ein hydraulisches Spielausgleichselement, insbesondere ein Ventilstößel, beispielsweise ein Rollenstößel, ist mit einem Gehäuse versehen, in dem ein Druckkolben(6,7) geführt ist. Zur Verbesserung der Steifigkeit bei einer leichten Bauweise ist auf den Grundkörper(1) eine Gehäusehülse(18) aufgesetzt und beidendig mit diesem verbunden.
