Abstract (en)
During the spinning operation, foam is often produced in the lye container for the washing drum after a spinning time of a few seconds from a mixture of water and washing agents which is expelled from the material being spun, and this can sometimes lead to an interruption of the work of the emptying pump. 2.2 So that spinning can be carried out as soon as possible after completion of the washing operation at the maximum possible washing- drum speed of the material being washed or spun, without the danger of the formation of foam in the lye container to prevent the further pumping away of the washing lye, there is provided as a measuring device a pressure sensor, the output signals of which are an indication of the foam formation during the spinning operation, these output signals representing control variables for the drive motor of the washing drum and therefore for the regulation of the spinning speed. 2.3 Program-controlled washing machine with a washing drum driveable in the washing and spinning mode by means of a motor. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Um zu einem möglichst frühen Zeitpunkt nach Beendigung des Waschvorganges mit der maximal möglichen Waschtrommel-Drehzahl des Wasch- bzw. Schleudergut ohne die Gefahr einer das weitere Abpumpen der Waschlauge behindernden Schaumbildung im Laugenbehälter (2) schleudern zu können, wird als Meßeinrichtung (9) ein Drucksensor vorgesehen, dessen Ausgangssignale ein Indiz für die Schaumbildung während des Schleudervorganges sind, wobei diese Ausgangssignale Regelgrößen für den Antriebsmotor (5) der Wäschetrommel (1) und damit für die Regelung der Schleuderdrehzahl darstellen.
