Known equipment, such as spray devices and a spray booth, are used. To improve the charging properties of the enamel powder, to prevent a possible discharge and hence to increase the spraying yield and the powder adhesion to the workpiece, the powder application is carried out with an addition of CO2-containing gas.

Bei diesem Verfahren zum Auftragen von Emailpulver auf Werkstücke unter Zusatz von Schutzgas werden bekannte Vorrichtungen, wie Sprühgeräte, Sprühraum, verwendet. Um das Aufladeverhalten des Emailpulvers zu verbessern, die Möglichkeit der Entladung zu verhindern und damit die Sprühausbeute und die Pulverhaftung auf dem Werkstück zu erhöhen, wird der Pulverauftrag unter Zusatz von CO2-haltigem Gas durchgeführt.
