Abstract (en)
To construct an insulated joint which is rigid and wear-resistant over a long operating time, even with high dynamic loading, in a first solution form the fishplate elements (22) of the fishplates (20) each comprising a fishplate body (21) and two fishplate elements (22), are so designed as supporting elements which absorb the forces occurring at the rail joint (16), that the threaded bolts (31) of the screw connections (30) transfer the forces occurring substantially to the supporting elements (22), and that the threaded bolts (31) are arranged in an insulated manner only with respect to the fishplate body (21). According to a second solution form, only one fishplate element (22) per fishplate (20) is provided on the fishplate body (21) in an insulated manner, as the result of which the connection with one rail is carried out in an insulated manner and with the other rail in a direct and non-insulated manner. Thus, the construction is simplified and an improved elastic line of the rail and a more equalised loading of the joints achieved. <IMAGE>

Zur Ausbildung eines Isolierstoßes, der über lange Betriebszeit auch bei hohen dynamischen Belastungen steif und verschleißfest ist, sind bei einer ersten Lösungsform die Laschenelemente (22) der aus je einem Laschenkörper (21) und zwei Laschenelementen (22) bestehenden Laschen (20) als die am Schienenstoß (16) auftretenden Kräfte aufnehmende Tragelemente so ausgebildet, daß die Gewindebolzen (31) der Schraubverbindungen (30) die auftretenden Kräfte im wesentlichen auf die Tragelemente (22) übertragen, und daß die Gewindebolzen (31) nur gegenüber dem Laschenkörper 21 isoliert angeordnet sind. Gemäß einer zweiten Lösungsform ist je Lasche (20) nur ein Laschenelement (22) isoliert auf dem Laschenkörper (21) vorgesehen, wodurch die Verbindung mit einen Schiene isoliert und mit der anderen Schiene unisoliert direkt vorgenommen wird. Hierdurch wird sowohl die Konstruktion vereinfacht, als auch eine verbesserte Biegelinie der Schiene und eine ausgeglichenere Belastung der Klebestellen erzielt.
