Abstract (en)
The ellipsoidal reflector and the holder supporting the lens and the shield are inserted into a tubular plastic housing. The end of the housing pointing in the direction of exit of the light has a flange which is directed outwards and is covered at the front by a transparent pane. In order to join the swivel points of the headlamp, which are arranged in the vicinity of the outer edge region of the flange, to the flange in a rigid and very stable fashion, bush-shaped shoulders, whose axes extend parallel to the principal face of the flange, are integrally formed on the rear of the flange, being joined thereto along the entire length. The carrier which accommodates the swivel points can be fixed on the bush-like shoulders of the flange by means of pin-shaped fasteners which engage the bush-like shoulders. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der ellipsoidförmige Reflektor (2) und die die Linse (3) und die Blende (4) tragende Halterung (5) sind in ein rohrförmiges Kunststoffgehäuse (1) eingesetzt. Das in Lichtaustrittsrichtung weisende Ende des Gehäuses weist einen nach außen gerichteten Flansch (19) auf, der von vorn von einer Lichtscheibe (22) abgedeckt ist. Um die Schwenkpunkte (36) des Scheinwerfers, die in der Nähe des äußeren Randbereichs des Flansches angeordnet sind, starr und sehr stabil mit dem Flansch zu verbinden, sind auf der Rückseite des Flansches buchsenartige Ansätze (24, 25) angeformt, deren Achsen parallel zur Hauptfläche des Flansches verlaufen und die in ihrer Gesamtlänge an der Rückseite des Flansches angebunden sind. An dem buchsenartigen Ansätzen des Flansches ist der die Schwenkpunkte aufnehmende Träger (31) mittels an die buchsenartigen Ansätze eingreifender stiftförmiger Befestigungsmittel (32) festsetzbar.
