The sley contains a reed bar (6) arranged on a bend-resistant hollow-shaft part (8) of a pivoting shaft (5) and with a web part (12) resembling a hollow carrier and possessing a box-shaped cross- sectional portion and with a head part (11) to which a weaving reed (7) is fastened. The reed bar (6) is fastened to the hollow-shaft part (8) by means of two flange portions (13) which project on both sides from the box-shaped cross-sectional portion of the web part (12) and which extend essentially over the length of the web part (12). The reed bar can be produced, without any substantial remachining, from a longitudinally flexural, drawn sectional bar, preferably of light metal, and be made correspondingly thin-walled. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Weblade enthält einen auf einem biegesteifen Hohlwellenteil (8) einer Schwenkwelle (5) angeordneten Rietbalken (6) mit einem hohlträgerartig ausgebildeten, eine kastenförmige Querschnittpartie aufweisenden Stegteil (12) und einem Kopfteil (11), an dem ein Webeblatt (7) befestigt ist. Der Rietbalken (6) ist mit zwei von der kastenförmigen Querschnittpartie des Stegteils (12) beidseitig abstehenden Flanschpartien (13), die sich im wesentlichen über die Länge des Stegteils (12) erstrekken, auf dem Hohlwellenteil (8) befestigt. Der Rietbalken muss ohne wesentliche Nachbearbeitung aus einem über seine Länge biegeweichen, gezogenen Profilstab, vorzugsweise aus Leichtmetall, gefertigt und entsprechend dünnwandig ausgeführt sein.
