Abstract (en)
The invention pertains to a paintbrush between the handle (1) and the bristle holder (2) of which there is provided a connection which is flexible in two or more directions. The paintbrush is light-to-handle and thicker coatings of paints can be applied with it. In a most preferred embodiment there is provided a transition piece (13) between the bristle holder (2) and the handle (1) which is flexible in all directions, at least part of the bristle holder (2) being sufficiently thin and the material chosen for it being an elastic polymer.
