The cover plate (17) is provided, for this purpose, either with a blocking system or with a U-shaped design in the region of the latch (16a), surrounding the latch so that any operation is impossible. The cover plate (17) can, moreover, be arranged to rotate on the latch (16a), thus forming in addition a grip for operating the latch (16a).
