Abstract (en)
The lifting cylinder unit consists of a cylinder (10) and a head part guided directly on it. The cylinder (10) has a longitudinal bore (18) in which a piston (20) slides which can be pressurized pneumatically or hydraulically on either side. The piston is connected to the head part via a piston rod (26). The cylinder and the head part are roughly the same length, the head part (12) being guided on the cylinder (10) like a slide on a bed. This results in a very compact type of construction. In order to further reduce the space requirement, the pressure connections (32, 36) are attached to the same end (14) of the cylinder (10). A passage (30) leads from one pressure connection (32) to the opposite end (16) of the cylinder (10). The passage (30) is formed by a longitudinal groove which is made in the longitudinal bore of the cylinder (10) and, except for an orifice (34), is closed off radially to the inside by a bush (28) which lines the longitudinal bore. <IMAGE>

Die Hubzylinder-Einheit besteht aus einem Zylinder (10) und einem unmittelbar darauf geführten Kopfteil. Der Zylinder (10) hat eine Längsbohrung (18), in welcher ein beidseitig pneumatisch oder hydraulisch mit Druck beaufschlagbarer Kolben (20) gleitet. Der Kolben ist über eine Kolbenstange (26) mit dem Kopfteil verbunden. Der Zylinder und das Kopfteil sind etwa gleich lang, wobei das Kopfteil (12) auf dem Zylinder (10) ähnlich wie ein Schlitten auf einem Bett geführt ist. Dadurch ergibt sich eine sehr kompakte Bauweise. Um den Platzbedarf weiter zu verringern, sind die Druckanschlüsse (32, 36) an demselben Ende (14) des Zylinders (10) angebracht. Von dem einen Druckanschluß (32) führt ein Kanal (30) zum gegenüberliegenden Ende (16) des Zylinders (10). Der Kanal (30) wird durch eine in die Längsbohrung des Zylinders (10) eingearbeitete Längsnut gebildet, die durch eine Büchse (28), welche die Längsbohrung auskleidet, bis auf eine Mündungsöffnung (34) nach radial innen abgeschlossen ist.
