Ein Trainingsgerät besitzt einen an einer Schwenkachse (30) befestigten Hebel (3). Damit Belastungen des Knorpel- und Bandapparates der übenden Person vermindert werden können, ist der Hebel (3) an der Schwenkachse (30) un eine senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (30) und senkrecht zum Hebel (3) verlaufende Drehachse (31) schwenkbar gelagert (Fig. 9).
