Abstract (en)
The system forms a package (1) in two opposite parts rigidly secured together. These consist of a bottom (2) with main panel (4) and flaps (5,6) folded vertically upwards, and a top plate (3) with hollow compartments (8) open to the top, and with top face (9) clear of the bottom panel. A bottom with flaps flat and unfolded, and a pre-shaped plate , are gripped separately and fitted together, so that the plate edges (10,11) bear against the main panel. They are then pressed together and the flaps are folded over so as to bear against the edges.

Procédé de réalisation d'un emballage (1) notamment pour oeufs, du type comprenant deux parties associées rigidement entre elles, un fond inférieur (2) et un plateau supérieur (3), l'une des parties -notamment le fond (2)- comportant des rabats pliables (5,6) et l'autre des parties -notamment le plateau (3)- comportant des chants (10,11), caractérisé par le fait que l'on saisit d'abord séparément un fond (2) et un plateau préformé (3), les rabats (5,6) étant à plat non pliés ; puis, on place l'un sur l'autre le fond (2) et le plateau (3) ainsi saisis et on les presse l'un contre l'autre ; et enfin, on plie les rabats (5,6) et on les associe rigidement aux chants (10,11).
