Cylinder lock comprising a first pinion (6) provided with a radial slot (19) for axial engagement of a cylinder body (11) carrying a movable bit (15) which is adapted to drive said first pinion about its axis while being inserted with play within the slot between two actuating teeth (17-18) of greater width than the other teeth (22) of said first pinion and disposed on each side of said slot (19), said actuating teeth (17-18) being of greater thickness than said pinion and forming projections on one of the faces of this latter, and a second pinion (7) in cooperating relation with the first and having two receiving teeth (24-25) of greater width than the other teeth (23) of said second pinion, these receiving teeth (24-25) being separated by a free space (26) having a width substantially equal to that of the slot (19) of said first pinion, characterized in that said second pinion (7) is provided in its plane on each side of the receiving teeth and opposite to said free space with two complementary extensions (29-30) adapted to cooperate without play with two recesses (20-21) formed in said first pinion in the plane of this latter.
