[origin: EP0270470A2] The method consists in varying, around a part of the human body placed in an enclosure (1), the level of a liquid of density equal to or greater than 1. The apparatus for the implementation of the method comprises a reservoir (2) for storage of the liquid, a pump (5) for supplying the enclosure (1) with liquid, and a flexible tube (8), forming a syphon, for automatically emptying the enclosure when the level of the liquid reaches a determined height. This method makes it possible in particular, during the massage, to displace the body fluids. <IMAGE>
