Abstract (en)
The pump includes a piston (1) sliding within a chamber (2) cooperating with a driving surface (3) which is made to undergo constant displacement, reciprocating movement. The piston is not mechanically linked to the reciprocating surface, but subject to force applied by it. The chamber has an inlet pipe (14) with a flow rate control circuit (9). The control is supplied by a pressure pump (10). The volume of fluid dispensed by the piston pump is thus controlled by a single control signal on the flow rate determining circuitry (9).

Pompe à débit variable comportant au moins un piston (1) associé à une chambre (2), ledit piston (1) coopèrant avec une surface (3) animée d'un mouvement alternatif à déplacement constant, caractérisée en ce que le piston (1) est libre de toute liaison mécanique continue avec ladite surface (3) ; et que ladite chambre (2) est associée à un système de règlage de débit (9) disposé en amont, et qu'elle est munie d'un clapet (7) sur l'alimentation et d'un clapet (8) sur le refoulement ; ledit système de règlage (9) étant alimenté par une pompe de gavage (10).
