Abstract (en)
Various methods are known for producing pressed objects in a magnetic field. In one of these types of production, the pressing force acts normal to the magnetic field. The object of the invention is to provide an apparatus with which as high and as homogeneous a magnetic field as possible is achieved in the pressing space. According to the figure, the die consists of four parts 2 and 3 respectively, the parts 2 consisting of a material having high permeance, or vice versa. The pressing space 4 may also be lined with shaped parts whose material is equivalent to that of the parts 2,3. The advantage of the invention is that the pressed object 7 produced has optimum magnetic properties. <IMAGE>

Es sind verschiedene Methoden bekannt, Preßlinge im Magnetfeld herzustellen. Bei einer dieser Herstellungsarten wirkt die Preßkraft normal zum Magnetfeld. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Einrichtung zu schaffen, mit der im Preßraum ein möglichst hohes und homogenes Magnetfeld erreicht wird. Gemäß der Fig. besteht die Matrize aus vier Teilen (2 bzw 3), wobei die Teile (2) aus einem Material bestehen das einen hohen magnetischen Leitwert oder umgekehrt aufweisen. Der Preßraum (4) kann auch mit Formstücken ausgekleidet sein, deren Material äquivalent dem der Teile (2, 3) ist. Der Vorteil der Erfindung ist, darin zu sehen, daß der hergestellte Preßling (7) optimale magnetische Eigenschaften aufweist.
