Abstract (en)
The boiler includes a burner (6), an uncooled flue-gas collector (13) and a cylindrical water jacket (1), along the inside of which flue gases are conducted. To make production of the boiler easier and to reduce the emission of pollutants, the water jacket (1) is formed as a one-piece component which can be produced by casting and on the inside of which ribs (8) are formed. A tubular push-in part (9) is fitted into the water jacket (1) and bears against the ribs (8). The burner (6) is provided with a flame tube (7), which is integrated in the water jacket (1) and is cooled by water. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Heizungskessel enthält einen Brenner (6), einen ungekühlten Rauchgassammler (13) und einen zylindrischen Wassermantel (1), an dessen Innenseite Rauchgase entlang geführt sind. Um die Herstellung des Heizungskessels zu vereinfachen und die Schadstoffemission zu verringern, ist der Wassermantel (1) als einstückiges durch Gießen hergestelltes Bauteil ausgebildet, an dessen Innenseite Rippen (8) angeformt sind. Ein rohrförmiges Einschubteil (9) ist in den Wassermantel (1) eingesetzt und liegt an den Rippen (8) an. Der Brenner (6) ist mit einem Flammrohr (7) versehen, das in den Wassermantel (1) integriert und durch Wasser gekühlt ist.
