[origin: US4772865A] A flat-type polarized relay with contact springs disposed at the sides of a parallel to the coil system. A magnetic core projects beyond the coil form and cooperates with movable pole plates disposed together with a permanent magnet in a transversely movable cross slide. The magnet yoke is a U-shaped member made from flat material. The base of the yoke is rigidly connected with the magnetic core, and the legs run along the sides of the coil. The relay has a small overall height and a high switching capacity at small energizing currents.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein gepoltes Flachrelais mit seitlich zum Spulensystem (2, 4, 6) und parallel zu diesem angeordneten Kontaktfedern (27). Erfindungsgemäß ragt der Magnetkern (8) über den Spulenkörper (2) hinaus und wirkt mit beweglichen Polplatten (22) zusammen, die in einem frei querverschiebbaren Querschieber (20) zusammen mit einem Permanentmagneten (25) angeordnet sind. Das Magnetjoch (10) ist als U-Bügel aus Flachmaterial gebildet, wobei die Basis (11) mit dem Magnetkern (8) starr verbunden ist und die Schenkel (12, 13) seitlich entlang der Spule (4) verlaufen. Es kann dadurch eine geringe Bauhöhe und eine große Schaltleistung bei geringer Steuerleistung erreicht werden.
