Abstract (en)
By means of a flexible container equipped with the device (2), the contents of a vial (3) can be transferred into the container in a sterile manner. The device (2) comprises a cartridge (7) and a lid (8) delimiting between them a cavity intended for the vial (3); the lid (8) is arranged removably on the cartridge (7), and a seal (10) ensures the leakproofness between the cartridge (7) and the lid (8). The neck (9) of the vial (3) is intended to be placed towards the bottom (11) of the cartridge (7) opposite the lid (8); the bottom (11) of the cartridge (7) is equipped with an opening (12) for the passage of fluid, which opening is extended in the direction of the lid (8) by a trocar (13) intended to pierce the stopper (14) sealing the vial (3), and in the direction away from the lid (8) by a conduit (15) sealed by a breakable seal (16). This conduit (15) is placed in a passage for introduction towards the inside of the container. The cartridge (7) is preferably provided with a cylindrical inner part (17) for holding the outer surface (18) of the standardised, crimped neck (9) of the vial (3) and for guiding it during its introduction into the device. <IMAGE>

Grâce à un récipient souple équipé avec le dispositif (2), le contenu d'une fioline (3) peut être transféré stérilement dans le récipient. Le dispositif (2) comprend une cartouche (7) et un couvercle (8) délimitant entre eux une cavité destinée à la fioline (3); le couvercle (8) est amovible sur la cartouche (7) et un joint (10) assure l'étanchéité entre la cartouche (7) et le couvercle (8). Le goulot (9) de la fioline (3) est destiné à être placé vers le fond (11) de la cartouche (7), qui est à l'opposé du couvercle (8); le fond (11) de la cartouche (7) est doté d'un orifice de passage de fluide (12) prolongé du côté vers le couvercle (8) par un trocart (13) destiné à percer le bouchon (14) fermant la fioline (3) et du côté opposé au couvercle (8) par un conduit (15) bouché par un obturateur cassable (16). Ce conduit (15) est placé dans un passage d'introduction vers 1' intérieur du récipient. De préférence, une partie intérieure cylindrique (17) de la cartouche (7) est prévue pour enserrer la surface extérieure (18) du goulot serti (9) standardisé de la fioline (3) et pour la guider lors de son introduction dans le dispositif.
