Abstract (en)
The container has an outer shell and, connected tightly and fixedly to its ends, a bottom and a top end. The top end is provided with at least one filling opening, the edge region of which is welded to a flange of a closure. The container is to be fitted with a closure which is simple in construction and can be inserted easily, securely and tightly. In this case, the flange of the closure is constructed as a simple pipe nozzle, into the inner wall of which a thread is machined to receive a closure screw. The end of the pipe nozzle directed towards the container interior passes through a gap in the top end of the container, said gap being adapted to the pipe nozzle, and is connected tightly, essentially in alignment, to the container by means of a weld which is carried out as an inert gas shielded arc weld, but advantageously as a laser fusion weld. <IMAGE>

Ein Spunde aufweisender Behälter mit einem Mantel und, mit dessen Enden dicht und fest verbunden, einem Boden sowie einem Oberboden (3), bei dem der Oberboden (3) mit mindestens einer Füllöffnung versehen ist, deren Randbereich mit einem Flansch (4) eines Verschlusses verschweißt ist, soll mit einem im Aufbau vereinfachten und leicht, sicher und dicht einzubringenden Verschluß ausgestattet werden. Der Flansch (4) des Verschlusses wird hierbei als einfachere Rohrstutzen (6) ausgebildet, in dessen Innenwandung ein Gewinde (9, 10) zur Aufnahme einer Verschlußschraube eingearbeitet ist. Das zum Behälterinneren gerichtete Ende des Rohrstutzens durchgreift eine diesem angepaßte Durchbrechung des Oberbodens (3) des Spundbehälters und ist mit diesem, im wesentlichen bündig stehend, durch eine Schweißnaht (12) dicht verbunden, die als Schutzgasschweißung, vorteilhaft aber als Laser-Schmelzschweißung, ausgeführt ist.
