[origin: EP0273869A1] The concrete safety construction for floors, walls and ceilings (1) has a monolithic concrete structure (3). Static reinforcing bars (4, 5, 6, 7) are provided within the concrete structure (3) and adjacent to the outer walls. A spacer basket (8) is next to the static reinforcement on one side. Between this spacer basket (8) and the opposite concrete outer wall there is a clamping carrier basket (14) for holding manganese-steel plates (15) arranged parallel to one another and obliquely relative to the concrete outer walls. The clamping carrier basket (14) comprises staple-shaped crossbars (18) which each comprise a longer leg (19) and a shorter leg (20). The manganese-steel plates are respectively arranged between a longer leg (19) and a shorter leg (20) of a following staple-shaped crossbar (18) and are fastened to these by means of clamps (21). The reinforcing structure allows an easier pouring of the concrete mass than in known arrangements with armour plates extending parallel to the concrete outer walls. The oblique arrangement of the armour plates also makes it difficult to use drills for breaking-in purposes. The concrete safety construction is employed particularly for security rooms, such as strongrooms and data protection rooms. <IMAGE>
