[origin: US4867271A] An acoustic insulating board of foam with structured bulge-forming surface in the form of regions (I, II) of different thickness. In order to obtain differing acoustic efficiency, the acoustic insulating board comprises plurality of individual boards (1) arranged one above the other, which boards are compressed in the regions (I) of lesser thickness and are fused together on their surface. In the regions (II) of larger thickness, the boards lie loosely on one another so that a top side facing in the direction of the structural bulging of a central individual board (1) is profiled in the regions of greater thickness.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus Schaumstoff bestehende Schalldämmplatte mit strukturierter, Ausbauchungen bildender Oberfläche in Form unterschiedlich dicker Bereich (I, II) und schlägt zur Erzielung unterschiedlich akustischer Wirksamkeit vor, daß die Schalldämmplatte aus mehreren übereinandergeschichteten Einzelplatten (1) besteht, welche in den Bereichen (I) geringerer Dicke komprimiert und untereinander flächenverschmolzen sind, wohingegen sie in den Bereichen (II) größerer Dicke lose aufeinanderliegen derart, daß die in Strukturausbauchungsrichtung weisende Oberseite einer mittleren Einzelplatte (1) in den Bereichen größerer Dicke profiliert ist.
