Wishbone-to-mast attachment, especially for a wind surf board, the wishbone head being rotatably mounted on the mast via a pivot. The subject matter of the invention is a solid sleeve loosely pushed onto the mast M and having a recessed window 12, and a wishbone head end piece 14 overlapping the window and open towards the bottom parallel to the mast; the wishbone headpiece pivot 28 connecting the wishbone ends B has a concentric rounded-off prominence 28'; 38, the prominence rolling on the mast relative to the wishbone and a clamping action being produced when the wishbone pivots in to a perpendicular position of the mast. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gabelbaumbefestigung am Mast, insbesondere eines Surfsegelbretts, wobei der Gabelbaumkopf drehbar üher eine Achse am Mast gelagert ist. Inhalt der Erfindung ist eine am Mast M lose aufgeschobene Vollmanschette mit Aussparungsfenster 12, einen das Fenster übergreifenden, nach unten parallel zum Mast offenen Gabelbaumkopfschlußstück 14; die Gabelbaumenden B verbindende Gabelbaumkopfstückachse 28 trägt mittig eine abgerundete Erhebung 28'; 38, wobei ein Abrollen der Erhebung am Mast bei Schwenken des Gabelbaums in eine Senkrechtstellung des Mastes gegenüber dem Gabelbaum erfolgt und eine Klemmwirkung ergibt.
