Pressurised connections, such as cable shoes or impact connections, have a round retaining channel for the conductor end to be connected, whose internal diameter is matched to the electrical conductor cross-sections of conductors having round individual wires. Sector-shaped, pressurised conductors must be pressed round to use such standard pressurised conductors, which is difficult to carry out in practice. To simplify the pressing-round process, the invention provides an auxiliary means in the form of a metal sleeve (2), which can be pushed on to the conductor end to be pressed round and is likewise of sector-shaped cross-section, and which surrounds the individual wires as a bandage while they are being pressed round and is inserted into the pressurised connection together with the conductor end which has been pressed round. <IMAGE>

Preßverbinder, wie z.B. Kabelschuhe oder Stoßverbinder, weisen einen runden Aufnahmekanal für das anzuschließende Leiterende auf, dessen Innendurchmesser auf die elektrischen Leitungsquerschnitte von Leitern aus runden Einzeldrähten abgestimmt ist. Sektorförmige, verdichtete Leiter müssen bei Verwendung solcher Norm-Preßverbinder rundgedrückt werden, was in Praxis schwierig ausführbar ist. Zur Erleichterung des Runddrückens sieht die Erfindung ein Hilfsmittel in Form einer auf das rundzudrückende Leiterende aufschiebbare, im Querschnitt ebenfalls sektorförmige Metallhülse (2) vor, die die Einzeldrähte als Bandage beim Runddrücken umschließt und zusammen mit dem rundgedrückten Leiterende in den Preßverbinder eingesteckt wird.
