A mechanically actuated cleaning tool can, after opening of the particular levelling door (3), be moved up to the sealing surface (6), which is to be cleaned, of the levelling door frame (5). The cleaning tool consisting of a single blade, scraper or the like (12) is joined to a carriage (11) whose rollers (10) are guided in rails (9) which are fixed to the oven-side end of the levelling lock (8) and can be moved together with the latter in the working position. The carriage (11) is connected to an actuation device (15), the working travel of which is such that the cleaning tool sweeps over the entire sealing surface (6) of the levelling door frame (5) and clears the levelling opening (2) before and after the cleaning step. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Diese weist ein mechanisch betätigtes Reinigungswerkzeug auf, das nach Öffnen der betreffenden Planiertür (3) gegen die zu reinigende Dichtungsfläche (6) des Planierlochrahmens (5) vorschiebbar ist. Dabei ist vorgesehen, daß das aus einem einzelnen Messer, Schaber oder dgl. (12) bestehende Reinigungswerkzeug mit einem Wagen (11) verbunden ist, dessen Laufrollen (1o) in Schienen (9) geführt sind, wobei die Schienen am ofenseitigen Ende der Planierschleuse (8) befestigt urd zusammen mit dieser in Arbeitsstellung fahrbar sind. Der Wagen (11) ist mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung (15) verbunden, deren Arbeitsweg so beschaffen ist, daß das Reinigungswerkzeug die gesamte Dichtungsfläche (6) des Planierlochrahmens (5) bestreicht und vor und nach dem Reinigungsvorgang die Planieröffnung (2) freigibt.
