Abstract (en)
A catch apparatus, intended in particular for roll-up doors, is placed on the winding shaft and consists of a sawtooth-shaped brake wheel which has recessing uniformly distributed over its circumference and of an asymmetrical blocking ring as brake member, which is automatically connected to the brake wheel via a pivotably arranged latch in the event of undesirable excessively rapid unrolling. The latch is in such a case loaded by the sawteeth of the brake wheel on the shorter arm in an upwardly tilting manner, so that the longer arm engages with its tip in one of the recesses arranged distributed over the circumference and in this connection takes the asymmetrical blocking ring with it and thus leads to a wedging between housing and brake wheel. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine insbesondere für Rolltore vorgesehene Fangvorrichtung ist auf die Wickelwelle (2) aufgesetzt und besteht aus einem sägezahnförmigen, gleichmäßig über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete Ausnehmung aufweisenden Bremsrad (4) sowie einem asymmetrischen Klemmring (13) als Bremskörper, der über eine schwenkbar angeordnete Klinke (16) bei ungewolltem, zu schnellem Abrollen mit dem Bremsrad automatisch verbunden wird. Die Klinke (16) wird in einem solchen Fall durch die Sägezähne (12) des Bremsrades am kürzeren Arm hochwippend beansprucht, so daß der längere Arm (18) mit seiner Spitze (21) in eine der über den Umfang verteilt angeordneten Ausnehmungen (9, 10) eingreift und dabei den asymmetrischen Klemmring mitnimmt und so zu einer Verkeilung zwischen Gehäuse und Bremsrad führt.
