Abstract (en)
So that a fitting can be made especially narrow and also be used for opening to the right and to the left, whilst at the same time the load-bearing capacity will be preserved despite the reduced width (10), the upper scissor bearing (6) consists of a carrier plate (16) and of two separately produced bearing parts (13 and 14) mounted, especially rivetted, onto the plate-shaped support plate (6). These are equipped with bearing lugs (11 and 12), between which is mounted the end of a scissor arm (7) or of set-out scissors which is fixed to the frame. Whilst the two bearing parts (13 and 14) are preferably produced from die-cast zinc, the carrier plate (16) consists of steel, thus guaranteeing the high load-bearing capacity, whilst ensuring a comparatively small cross-section. A high load-bearing capacity is also guaranteed by the use of a carrier body (37), designed as a corner angle, for the lower corner bearing (5). The load-bearing capacity is ensured by the use of a carrier journal (44) and of a stop member (50) on the bearing block (39), rotatable about the axis (38), for the bearing journal (8). <IMAGE>

Um einen Beschlag besonders schmal bauen und ihn auch für Rechts- und Linksanschlag verwenden zu können, wobei die Belastbarkeit trotz der verringerten Breite (10) erhalten bleiben soll, besteht das obere Scherenlager (6) aus einer Tragplatte (16) und zwei separat gefertigten, an die plattenförmige Tragplatte (6) anmontierten, insbesondere angenieteten Lagerteilen (13 und 14). Letztere sind mit den Lageraugen (11 und 12) versehen, zwischen denen das festrahmenseitige Ende eines Scherenarms (7) oder einer Ausstellschere gelagert wird. Während die beiden Lagerteil (13 und 14) vorzugsweise aus Zinkdruckguß hergestellt werden, besteht die Tragplatte (16) aus Stahl, was die hohe Belastbarkeit bei vergleichsweise geringem Querschnitt gewährleistet. Eine hohe Belastbarkeit ist auch durch die Verwendung eines als Eckwinkels ausgebildeten Tragkörpers (37) des unteren Ecklagers (5) gewährleistet. Die Belastbarkeit wird durch die Verwendung eines Tragzapfens (44) und eines Anschlagglieds (50) an dem um die Achse (38) drehbaren Lagerbock (39) für den Lagerzapfen (8) sichergestellt.
