These new substances are characterized by their content of liquid fermentation sludge which contains living lactic acid bacteria and is obtained without intermediate drying from the natural fermentation of leaven bread in water.

Une substance diététique fortifiante et médicinale pour traiter l'ensemble de l'organisme humain et animal est basée sur un produit contenant des bactéries d'acide lactique obtenu par la fermentation du pain dans de l'eau. Ces substances novatrices se caractérisent par leur teneur en une pâte liquide de fermentation contenant des bactéries vivantes d'acide lactique et obtenue sans séchage intermédiaire à partir de la fermentation naturelle de pain de levain dans de l'eau.
