[origin: US4825943A] A device for fixing loops in a component (1) of a heat exchanger constituted by tubes (10) in which a fluid flows, the loops being situated in the plane of the heat exchanger and being formed by bends and by mutually parallel vertical lengths (11), at least one tube forms an additional loop (12, 14) leaving the plane of the heat exchanger component and surrounding the vertical lengths (11), the device being characterized in that a notched flat (2) is installed level with the additional loop, said flat being provided with semicircular openings each of which receives a vertical length.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de solidarisation des boucles d'un élément (1) d'échangeur de chaleur constitué par des tubes (10) dans lesquels circule un fluide, les boucles étant situées dans le plan de l'échangeur et formées de coudes et de tronçons (11) verticaux parallèles entre eux, au moins un tube formant une boucle supplémentaire (12, 14) sortant du plan de l'élément d'échangeur et ceinturant les tronçons verticaux (11), caractérisé en ce qu'un plat échancré (2) est installé au niveau de la boucle supplémentaire (12, 14), ce plat (2) étant muni d'ouvertures semi-circulaires recevant chacune un tronçon vertical.
