[origin: EP0277260A2] 1. Device for cutting film-like material, comprising at least one circular cutting knife (1) elastic per se which is received exchangeably in a hub flange (5) of a knife driving shaft (3) and which in dismounted state is formed completely plane and in mounted state is curved in the form of a truncated cone, said cutting knife (1) being biased and axially inclined towards a likewise circular counterknife (19), characterized in that said hub flange (5) is located rigidly on said knife driving shaft (3) and receives said cutting knife (1) in such a way that the elasticity thereof remains unchanged in the mounted state, whereby in the inclined condition that portion of said cutting knife (1) which is in engagement with said counterknife (19) comes into contact with said counterknife (17) by way of an elastic deformation, the contact area being a line or approximately a surface.
