An apparatus of this type is to be usable during man's daily routine in order, for example, to prevent weakness of the veins, varicose veins and wasted muscles. It is proposed for this purpose to arrange at least one rocker pedal (43, 44) on a stand (45) and to couple it to a device (36) for generating a resistance to pressing down. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gymnastikgerät zur Durchführung von Bein- und/oder Fußgymnastik. Ein solches Gerät soll im Tagesablauf des Menschen einsetzbar sein um z.B. Venenschwäche, Krampfadern und Muskelschwund vorzubeugen. Hierzu wird vorgeschlagen mindestens ein Wippedal (43,44) an einem Standfuß (45) anzuordnen und mit einer Einrichtung (36) zur Erzeugung eines Niedertretwiderstandes zu koppeln.
