Abstract (en)
1. A means for automatically pouring liquids into containers (1) such as flasks and barrels, which are supplied via conveyor components (2, 3) and adjustable sealing heads (17) are associated with the bungholes (4) of the containers (1), the containers (1) being suitably aligned with the processing areas and adjustable treatment heads (7-12) associated with the bungholes (4) being used for pretreatment and after-treatment in the form of opening and closing the bungholes (4) and the individual treatment heads (7-12) being combined and adjustable in a holder (6), characterised in that the individual treatment heads (7-12) are adjustable via a programmable control unit (16) by adjusting the entire holder (6) along all adjustment axes relative to the bunghole (4) by means of an adjustment drive (13, 14, 15) and the individual treatment heads (7-12) are successively alignable in accordance with the required operations and the holder (6) and treatment heads (7-12) have at least one working range for two parallel lines and two successive containers (1).

Es ist hierbei vorgesehen, daß neben den einstellbaren Füllköpfen (17) zum Abfüllen der Flüssigkeiten die Behandlungsköpfe (7-12) zur Vor- und Nachbehandlung der Spundlöcher über einen Geräteträger (6) als Einheit in Form eines Werkzeugs zusammengefaßt sind. Der Geräteträger (6) ist dabei über eine programmierbare Steuereinheit (16) verstellbar, so daß die einzelnen Behandlungsköpfe (7-12) zum Spundloch zuordbar sowie nacheinander entsprechend den durchzuführenden Arbeitsgängen einrichtbar sind.
