[origin: WO8804969A1] The pivoting device for ladles comprises at least one arm (4) extended overhanging from a rotary barrel (2) and comprised of a parallelogram-shaped deformable and articulated assembly comprising two supporting uprights (41) connected to the barrel (2) by means of parallel rods hinged to said uprights about two movable pins , respectively an upper pin (52) and a lower pin (62) and to the barrel (2) about two fixed pins, respectively an upper pin (51) and a lower pin (61). Said uprights (41) form an outer moving side susceptible of moving vertically while remaining parallel to itself by deformation of the parallelogram under the action of at least one lifting jack (7). According ot the invention, the articulations (45) defining the movable pin (52) of the upper rods (5) are provided on a transverse frame (42) extended horizontally and passing outside the ladle (16) between the latter and the barrel (2) and the two supporting uprights (41) are secured to said transverse frame (42) and form with the latter a rigid fork-shaped seat (40) wherein the ladle (16) is nested. The invention applies specially to continuous steel casting.

L'invention a pour objet un pivoteur de poches comprenant au moins un bras (4) s'étendant en porte-à-faux à partir d'un fût rotatif (2) et constitué par un ensemble articulé en forme de parallélogramme déformable comprenant deux montants de supports (41) reliés au fût (2) par un ensemble de bielles parallèles articulées sur lesdits montants autour de deux axes mobiles, respectivement supérieur (52) et inférieur (62) et sur le fût (2) autour de deux axes fixes respectivement supérieur (51) et inférieur (61). Lesdits montants (41) constituant un côté extérieur mobile susceptible de se déplacer verticalement en restant parallèle à lui même par déformation du parallélogramme sous l'action d'au moins un vérin de levage (7). Conformément à l'invention, les articulations (45) définissant l'axe mobile (52) des bielles supérieures (5) sont ménagées sur un châssis transversal (42) s'étendant horizontalement et passant à l'extérieur de la poche (16) entre celle-ci le fût (2) et les deux montants de support (41) sont fixés rigidement sur ledit châssis transversal (42) et forment avec ce dernier une chaise rigide (40) en forme de fourche dans laquelle vient s'emboîter la poche (16). L'invention s'applique spécialement à la coulée continue de l'acier.
