[origin: EP0278048A1] A fitting arrangement for washbasins which can be incorporated all-round in a fitted table and for inserted washbasins which partially project from the fitted table (1) is described. A recess (5) for receiving the underside of the washbasin is made in a laminated carrier board serving as a table top (6), the edge being cut off with the exception of a projecting laminate (7). The projecting laminate (7) is glued to a plastic adapter ring (11) or to an adapter ring piece (4) which is otherwise held firmly in the cut-out portion. The washbasin edge is located underneath the adapter. Gaps are filled with sealing material. Washbasins can thus be built in with an attractive shape and in a simple way, without the unavoidable individual tolerance deviations having to be taken into account. <IMAGE>
