The invention relates to a centrifugal pump with a comminution device for admixtures in the pumped liquid, which is preconnected to the pump's impeller wheel. The comminution device used in the case of the pump according to the invention comprises a few easily manufactured parts: a rotating part (4) provided with openings (5) and a ring (7) enclosing this, which is equipped with numerous teeth (8) which lie in the area swept by the openings (5), the size of the openings (5) and the free spaces between the teeth (8) being so dimensioned that the free cross section of the comminution device corresponds in all positions of the rotating part (4) to at least the required inlet cross section of the centrifugal pump (Fig.1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kreiselpumpe mit einer dem Pumpenlaufrad vorgeschalteten Zerkleinerungseinrichtung für Beimengungen in der Förderflüssigkeit. Die beim Erfindungsgegenstand verwendete Zerkleinerungseinrichtung besteht aus wenigen, leicht herstellbaren Teilen: Einem mit Öffnungen (5) versehenen umlaufenden Teil (4) und einem dieses umschließenden Ring (7), der mit einer Mehrzahl von Zähnen (8) versehen ist, welche sich in dem von den Öffnungen (5) bestrichenen Bereich befinden, wobei die Größe der Öffnungen (5) und der freien Räume zwischen den Zähnen (8) so bemessen ist, daß der freie Querschnitt der Zerkleinerungseinrichtung in allen Stellungen des umlaufenden Teiles (4) mindestens dem geforderten Einlaufquerschnitt der Kreiselpumpe entspricht (Fig. 1).
