[origin: EP0278574A2] In known metering devices for liquids, the liquid is conveyed from a storage container into a metering container. The metered quantity can be set by means of a displacement body, of which the position in the metering container can be adjusted. Via a piston which can be subjected to the conveyed liquid, the conveyance can be interrupted and an outlet of the metering container opened. The metering device according to the invention will result in a simplified construction. <IMAGE>
