Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a device for holding a substantially round and flat round of cheese, such as a round of Emmental or of Comté. This device comprises two feet (7.1) held parallel, in a horizontal plane, by two cylindrical spacers about which rollers (3) can rotate freely, each foot (7.1) supporting a telescopic upright (4.1) extending vertically at an equal distance from the two spacers and equipped, at its upper end, with articulation means of a movable frame (5) consisting of two substantially coplanar arms, of suitable shape for gripping the round (1) to be cut, clamping and blocking means being provided to secure the round (1) to the frame (5), thus permitting the angular displacement of the round (1) resting and rolling on the rollers (3). <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de maintien d'une meule de fromage, sensiblement ronde et plate, telle qu'une meule d'emmental ou de comté. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux pieds (7.1) maintenus parallèle, dans un plan horizontal, par deux entretoises cylindriques autour desquelles des galets (3) peuvent tourner librement, chaque pied (7.1) supportant un montant télescopique (4.1) s'étendant verticalement à égale distance des deux entretoise et muni, à son extrémité supérieure, de moyens d'articulation d'un cadre mobile (5) constitué de deux bras sensiblement coplanaires, de forme adéquate pour enserrer la meule (1) à découper, des moyens de serrage et de blocage étant prévus pour rendre la meule (1) solidaire du cadre (5), en permettant ainsi le déplacement angulaire de la meule (1) reposant et roulant sur les galets (3).
