Abstract (en)
The foam-dispensing device consists of a container, containing liquid and air, with a flexible outside wall, the opening of said container being associated with a foam-dispensing nozzle, and of a foam generator which is inserted in the container opening and consists of an insert having a circumferential wall part and a bottom part, in which insert there is arranged a porous element, which covers the entry opening of the foam-dispensing nozzle, and the bottom part of which insert has liquid passage openings and an air passage opening, to which an air supply line, extending nearly to the bottom of the container is connected. A mixing chamber (16') is provided between the bottom part (8a') and the porous element (10') and the porous element (10') is a filter disc which is axially displaceable inside the insert (8') with circumferential clearance. In the case of excess pressure in the container, the filter disc assumes a first end position in contact with a circumferential flange (23) surrounding the entry opening and, in the case of negative pressure in the container, it assumes a second end position, in which the air penetrating from the outside can flow between the filter disc (10') and the circumferential wall part (8b') to the mixing chamber (16') and through the air passage opening and air supply line into the container. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaumabgabeeinrichtung, bestehend aus einem Flüssigkeit und Luft enthaltenden Behälter mit flexibler Außenwand, dessen Behälteröffnung eine Schaumabgabedüse zugeordnet ist, und einem in die Behälteröffnung eingesetzten Schaumerzeuger, der aus einem einen Umfangswandteil und einen Bodenteil aufweisenden Einsatz besteht, in dem ein die Eintrittsöffnung der Schaumabgabedüse abdeckendes poröses Element angeordnet ist und dessen Bodenteil Flüssigkeitsdurchtrittsöffnungen und eine Luftdurchtrittsöffnung besitzt, an die eine sich bis in Behälterbodennähe erstreckende Luftleitung angeschlossen ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß zwischen Bodenteil (8a') und porösem Element (10') eine Mischkammer (16') vorgesehen ist, und das poröse Element (10') eine innerhalb des Einsatzes (8') mit Umfangsspiel axial verschiebbare Siebscheibe ist, die bei Überdruck im Behälter eine erste Endstellung in Anlage an einem die Eintrittsöffnung umgebenden Umfangsflansch (23) und bei Unterdruck im Behälter eine zweite Endstellung einnimmt, in der die von außen eindringende Luft zwischen Siebscheibe (10') und Umfangswandteil (8b') hindurch zur Mischkammer (16') und durch die Luftdurchtrittsöffnung und Luftleitung in den Behälter strömen kann.
