Abstract (en)
The high-consistency pulper (1) is connected to a mixer (2) through an opening (14) in the wall (15). Paper stock in crumb form continuously penetrates through the opening (14) into the mixer (2) where the stock is diluted to a lower and pumpable consistency. A cleaning circulation loop, for example with a drum screen (20), can be provided, in which impurities are removed from the plant. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Hochkonsistenz-Stofflöser (1) ist durch eine Oeffnung (14) in der Wand (15) mit einem Mischer 2 verbunden. Durch die Oeffnung (14) dringt kontinuierlich krümeliger Papierstoff in den Mischer (2), wo er auf eine niedrige, pumpfähige Konsistenz verdünnt wird. Es kann ein Reinigungskreislauf z.B. mit einem Trommelsieb(20)vorgesehen sein, in welchem Verunreinigungen aus der Anlage ausgeschieden werden.
