Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0280008A1] Special waste containers (1) are provided with a load eye (9) connected to the container trough and a special pulling eye (8) which is fastened to a pulling means (5, 6) for opening the base flaps (3, 4) and/or the side parts of the container (1). A device for suspending waste containers (1) of this type from a lifting device has load and pulling hooks (10, 11) for each of the eyes (8, 9). To permit simple manipulation, a supporting frame (20) is fastened to the output shaft (70) of a rotary motor (71) provided with a suspension means and driven by hydraulic oil. Pivotably mounted on the supporting frame (20) is an arm (34) carrying the load hook (35) for the supporting eye (9). The supporting frame (20) is provided with an essentially vertical guide (22, 23) in which the supporting piece (24) of the pulling hook (25) for the pulling eye (8) is displaceably guided. Arranged in the supporting frame (20) is a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit (41) whose piston rod (46) is connected to the pulling eye (8) via a gearing or at least one rope (51) reeved like a block and tackle and imparts a pivoting movement to the arm (34) via an actuating piece (47) and a stop or extension (63) provided on the arm (34). <IMAGE>
