Abstract (en)

The heat exchanger consists of tubes (1) opening into at least one end plate (2) and containing an internal turbulator (10). The initial width of the turns of the turbulator is greater than the inner diameter of the tubes (1) so that each turbulator is elastically deformed and exerts a pressure on the inner wall of the tube containing it when inserted into it. <IMAGE>

Echangeur de chaleur à faisceau tubulaire comportant des tubes (1) débouchant dans au moins une plaque collectrice (2), lesdits tubes (1) contenant un perturbateur interne (10), caractérisé en ce que la largeur initiale des spires du perturbateur est supérieure au diamètre interne des tubes (1) de façon que chaque perturbateur soit déformé élastiquement et exerce une pression contre la paroi interne du tube qui le contient lorsqu'il est mis en place dans celui-ci.
