[origin: EP0280845A2] What is described is an electromechanical lock which can be actuated via an electric motor, a door latch or a cylinder lock. The lock bolt is loaded by a spring which is always prestressed by the electric motor in such a way that the lock bolt can be opened or closed under spring force.
