[origin: DE3875632D1] The box-shaped banknote container (14) is inserted into a modular frame (12) contg. a dispensing roller (22) and separation rollers (28,30). The opening (24) at the end of the container (14) is closed by a folding flap (42) in two parts rotating in opposite directions. A contact plug (146) on the container (14) mates with a socket (148) on the module. To permit a test of the control circuit during insertion of the container (14), the socket (148) is movable in the direction (A) of introduction. A slotted bar (166) engages with a locking element (196) so that a space allowing the flap (42) to open is left between the dispensinq roller (22) and the sepg. rollers (28,30).
