[origin: EP0281509A1] The assembly comprises tiles (3') and fixing elements (2'). The fixing elements, screwed onto a facade (1), comprise a C-shaped first part forming a cavity (4') and a U-shaped second part (6') firmly attached to the first. The tiles comprise a finger-shaped protruding upper part (10') which is inserted into the cavity (4') of the fixing element. The lower part of the tiles comprises a slot (21) intended for overlapping the outer arm of the U-shaped part of the fixing element, when the tile is moved downwards after having inserted the finger-shaped part (10') of the tile into the hollow part (4') of the fixing element. <IMAGE>
