In frame presses in which the frame parts are inserted and pressed directly and without a separate measuring process, a left upper pressing corner connected to the stationary support has a free passage; the vertical pressure cylinder with pressure plate, arranged in this pressing corner, is constructed to be displaceable or pivotable on the fixed support; a sensor is provided at the left upper pressing corner for sensing the vertical frame part, and a vertical clamping strap for bearing the vertical frame part is provided on the vertical fixed support, and a horizontal clamping strap for bearing on the horizontal frame part is provided on the lower horizontal fixed support. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei Rahmenpressen, bei denen die Rahmenteile (13, 14, 15, 16) direkt und ohne gesonderten Meßvorgang eingelegt und verpreßt werden, weist ein mit dem feststehenden Träger (8) verbundenes linkes oberes Preßeck (9) einen freien Durchgang auf; der in diesem Preßeck angeordnete vertikale Druckzylinder (11) mit Druckplatte (12) ist auf den festen Träger (8) zu verschiebbar bzw. verschwenkbar ausgebildet; am linken oberen Preßeck ist zur Abtastung des vertikalen Rahmenteiles (16) ein Sensor (25) vorgesehen und am vertikalen festen Träger (8) ist ein vertikales Spannband (17) für die Anlage des vertikalen Rahmenteiles (16) sowie am unteren horizontalen festen Träger (1) ein horizontales Spannband (20) für die Anlage am horizontalen Rahmenteil vorgesehen.
