The system, used preferably in so-called "SIT DOWN" catering, comprises essentially: - in an uncoded version, an electronic menu-card (1) with a control zone (3) containing control keys and display lights, an active zone (2) with its electronic components, a central station (4) with its equipment such as microcomputers (9), printers (8) and monitor (10), and a wireless means of connection (5), - and complementarily, in a coded version where the user is notified, an active central portion, a control portion and an alphanumeric keyboard. <IMAGE>

Le système interactif selon l'invention utilisé de préference dans la restauration dite "A TABLE", comporte essentiellement: - dans une version en clair, une carte-menu électronique (1) avec une zône de commande (3) comprenant des touches de commande et des voyants d'affichage, une zône active (2) avec ses composants électroniques, un poste central (4) avec ses équipements tels que micro-ordinateurs (9), imprimantes (8) et moniteur (10) et un moyen de liaison sans fil (5). - et complémentairement, dans une version codée ou l'utilisateur est averti, une partie centrale active, une partie de commande et un clavier alphanumérique.
